Yaki-no-Yagushi
Founded in 1948. Yaki-no-Hayaki is located in the Omotesando Shopping Street in Miyajima, a tourist destination. Our shop is the first shop in Japan to offer grilled oysters to customers.
We purchase high-quality ingredients, cook them with the technology we have cultivated over many years, and serve them to everyone. When you come to Miyajima, please enjoy the “real taste” at the shop that originated.
