Fujiiya has been making momiji manju for more than 95 years in Miyajima, the place where it was founded.

“Mauve-no-Koshian”, which is cooked by peeling azuki beans, is a traditional taste that can be said to be the origin of our company.

We will continue to carefully pursue its fragrant, freshly baked taste.

In addition, I have a desire to make sweets that have never existed before and deliver pleasure.
