At Momiji-do Hall, we believe that “the liver of momiji manju is in castella dough” from generation to generation, and skilled craftsmen continue to make momiji manju with a soft mouthful every day.
In addition, “Fried Momiji”, which has been on sale since 2001, fried momiji manju into tempura, is our specialty. The crispy fluffy wonder tactile feeling is an “experience” that can not be missed by Miyajima sightseeing.
In addition, Momiji-do, such as new sweets using momiji manju, proposes a new way to enjoy Momiji Manju.
