Founded in the early Meiji period. We are also working on the manufacture and sale of Miji manju from the ladle wholesaler, and the in-house design of the product to this day.
The homemade Koshian with reduced sweetness and the crispy castella dough is the charm of Hakataya.
Castella momiji manju and oysters marinated in oil, a surprisingly matching combination. New possibilities of Momiji Manju are also being challenged.
