In Momiji-do Nuts, the dough is poured into a doughnut mold and baked between the molds so that the moistness of the dough can be felt more.
There are two flavors, “Vanilla Plain” and “Setouchi Lemon”.
The “Vanilla Plain” has a sweet vanilla flavor with a hint of burnt butter, and is baked to a good sweetness without being too sweet, making it the perfect snack to accompany bitter coffee.
Setouchi Lemon” is made with plenty of lemon paste from the Setouchi area and accented with the sweetness of Miyajima honey from Miyajima, and 3mm cut honey-dipped lemon peel. The lemon paste is accented with 3mm pieces of honey-dipped lemon peel. The lemon paste is made with the sourness of lemon, the gentle sweetness of honey, and the flavor of butter, making it suitable for both coffee and tea.
