We would like to inform you of our business hours during the year-end and New Year holidays as follows
◆Closing days
The office will be closed from December 29, 2021 (Wednesday) to January 3, 2022 (Monday).
Orders can be placed during the holiday period, but product shipping, inquiries, and support will be closed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
About the shipment of goods by the end of the year
Final shipping date of the year: Monday, December 27, 2021
Only orders placed by Friday, December 24, 2021 will be shipped before the end of the year.
Items with a delivery time of 3 days or more will be shipped on or after January 5, 2022 (Tuesday).
If you order by bank transfer, we will not be able to ship by the end of the year if the payment is not confirmed by the morning of Monday, December 27, 2021.
About the shipment of goods during the New Year holidays
Orders will be shipped in the order in which they were placed from January 5, 2022 (Wednesday).
Please note that there may be a delay in delivery due to order status or shipping circumstances.
