The ultimate gem aged for a long time only with salt. Fresh oysters from the miyajima sea are stored only with salt. It is the most time and effort of oyster shop products.
The condensed umami and aroma are irresistible for delicacies. The salted salted ones with a high salinity concentration are bottled and grapeseed oil is mixed in the final stage to complete. The salty taste is mellowed by the coating of oil.

Manufacturing method: Long-term salt storage only with salt. Coated with grapeseed oil just before completion.
